What is the threat of failure to pass the EIA procedure
It should be reminded that according to the Law of Ukraine "On Environmental Impact Assessment", the EIA procedure must be carried out by enterprises whose planned or existing activities involve interference with the environment.

We contacted ESL to analyse the received EIA conclusion to determine the mandatory works and fulfilment of the conditions of turnkey post-project monitoring on an extended basis.

We have finally figured out the nomenclature and volumes of waste generation, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of waste. Now there are plans for measures to reduce the volume of waste generation and the degree of their hazard.
